Services: Live workshops, group sessions, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Information Products: Downloadable digital guides, workbooks, and online modules.
Goods: Physical branded materials and printed works.

3. Enrollment and Purchase

By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and any additional guidelines provided during the signup process. All enrollments and purchases are final upon confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

For live workshops and group sessions, you may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Refund requests received within this period will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. You may also request to reschedule your session up to 5 days before the original date without any additional fee. Private coaching sessions are non-refundable due to the reservation of specialized staff, but may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original booking.

4.2 Information Products

Downloadable materials may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 20 percent of the content has been accessed, opened, or downloaded. Approved refunds will be credited via the original method within 14 days. No rescheduling applies.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Shipping back is the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item. swap or store credit may be offered upon request.

5. Modifications to Services and Terms

Mente Economica reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service, digital material, or goods at any time. We may update these Terms at our discretion by posting a revised version on our site. Continued use indicates acceptance of such changes.

6. Liability

Services and materials are provided as is without warranties. Mente Economica will not be liable for any indirect or consequential claims arising from use of our offerings.
